Please note that cancellations for Build Your Own orders include a 2.5% cancellation fee.
If you’re making an exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping cost (excluding remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
If you’re requesting a refund without an exchange, return shipping costs (starting at $15 USD) will be deducted from your refund.

If something isn’t working as expected after use, it may be covered under our warranty policy rather than returns. We’re happy to help guide you to the right option.
In cases where items are missing parts or not returned in acceptable condition, adjustments may be made to the refund or credit.
